Finally after many follow up calls even after I wrote a complaint on here I got transferred to a technician called Bovern and oh boy what a wonderful person. After explaining our dilemma to him it took him no more than 24 hours to resolve our signal issue and with such enthusiasm and dealt with it in the utmost professional way. Thank you so very much for your assistance Bovern I truly hope MTN can employ more people like you and we truly hope that you reach the highest heights that you possibly can in life :D ...
