Thank you Refilwe Molefe for outstanding customer service

I wanna give my gratitude to Refilwe Molefe for going an extra mile in assisting me. I had a data contract with MTN which I wanted to cancel and upgrade to a better offer…I was told to pay the penalty fee which I did on the 11th of May. I was promised my request would be processed and I keep calling with no luck. Every time I called the call center and I didn’t get assistance I would email Refilwe…she responded on my emails every time I emailed and she continue trying to get someone to call me. I decided to give her a break and I went to the MTN shop hoping that I would be assisted but I wasn’t. And I didn’t have a choice but to go back to Refilwe as she was the only person who was able to listen to me and understood my frustration.

On the 3rd of June Refilwe finally managed to get someone to call me…Desmond called me, and my request was finally processed and on the 4th of June I received my data. All thanks to Refilwe for following up on my request since day one I called MTN and Desmond for calling me.

Refilwe is such an amazing person who cares for the customer’s needs. She was friendly and polite since day one she took my call until my request was completed.
