I emailed Customer Care <***> for a general query related to the expiry of my contract in October and the process to follow. I usually struggle to get quick replies from mobile providers when they are not selling you a product but I am happy to say that this was not the case. The service and responses I received was fast, efficient, accurate and consistent. I am really impressed. Thank you MTN customer service - please keep up the good work. Regards Lesley
