I had issues with my handsets and ended up with no phone for approximately two months. I was disgusted with the communication at first until Lanees stepped in. I got bout 4 months rebate on my billing and I am absolutely happy with the gesture. Lanees you are brilliant. I am and always will be a customer of Mtn. Consultants should take the time to listen to your clients. In that way like Lanees did problems get solved amicably. A big thank you.
