Thank you for not caring MTN

I am so very disappointed. We called a lady Mtn and spoke to Nozipho, she advised that my service will be back in 48 hours and that I would get sms notification in progress and nothing. I've been with Mtn for a very long time. Thank you for not caring about your loyal customers.
