Thank you Bridgete

I would like to thank Bridgete Mhlalazi from Mtn Southgate mall for her excellent customer service. She went out of her to assist me since the 1st of February and finally managed to do my updgrade in March when no one at the head office was able to assist or provide feedback. She would followup and provide me with updates on the progress or any delays. I truely appreciate Bridgete for going the extra mile and managing to retain me as a customer, MTN needs more dedicated people like her.
