<p>I would like to extend my heartfelt and sincere gratitude to Alice van der Merwe for all her help in getting my number reactivated. I had been struggling since December 2015 to get back online but when my query came to her she took Ownership and made it her mission to assist me. She was the first consultant to phone me in all this time and displayed a caring atittude and made my concern hers. Alice thank you so very much, as I look at my new phone I remember your assistance with fondness and I send Light, Love and Thanksgiivng your way.
