wow! what a polite young man... Valesco Bredenkamp did a good job with helping me with my new contract, the man was polite, neat and treated all customers fairly... it's not that easy getting such equally but yet undivided respectful service these days... we all know that mtn is not the best at the moment and that they have left a lot of us loyal customers down however in mentioning this to the young man that helped me, his reaction and answers were rather shocking. . . he encouraged me not to give up on my network and assured me that everything would soon get back to normal and even apologised for the headache I've had to go through! this man is an asset... as someone who works with clients everyday I have to take my hat off for this Valesco Bredenkamp... thank you so much for your great service my boy.
