Kabelo dont mis read..... as i said in the complaint before mtn is still the worst network known to me..... since i have been with mtn i have only known bad customer's service.... and there for im sad to say after a few years of being a mtn customer i will be leaving this network... maybe you should go listen to the actual conversations between me and your agents whom also hung up on me 3 times so i am only complimenting the 2 ppl wo went above and beyond to help me not mtn.... infact those two should infact be managers not agents
