Thandeka Mdlovu
After being thrown from one call centre agent to another, a lovely lady by the name of Thandeka Mdlovu, who is not even in the dept i should be speaking to about my incorrect billing, assisted me by escalating my query to the correct person and she then said that i can expect a call back from the manager.
I would like to say that I am absolutely disappointed by the service I have received from MTN thus far and i think that Thandeka should be moved to the Customer Care department as she clearly knows exactly what she is doing....
My dear, if you ever get to read this.... you are doing an amazing job and you definitely made my day better especially after this frustrating day.
The only reason I gave MTN 5 stars is because of Thandeka's service.....
