THABO JACA FROM MTN IN STANDARD BANK CENTRE PRETORIA BAD SERIVE

I went o buy a charger and i was helped by the guy named THABO JACA who is just a joke he is not taking his job serious. He gave me a wrong charger and when i returned it he said i should wait for 5 days he will get me a new one which he didn't because when i went there after 5 days he **** to me and said he was working at midrand the whole week that is why he couldn't get while i knew for a fact that he was there because i pass there everyday from work .this guy is just there to take people for a ride and he thinks people are fools .i actually dont know how you hire someone who is not taking customers serious while he is working with them so i am done with MTN so anyone who want to go to that shop please dont let that guy THABO JACA to help you he is useless.
