Terrible useless mtn

Bad bad bad...whole week trying to get through to retentions to cancel contract as we do not want to upgrade. Mtn did sms saying contract ended now but the sms further says that it is now month to month with a monthly amount...again now for nearly two hours listening to stupid music...they say they are champions but Vodacom is the champions. Our ref nr was even closed as per sms even when contract has not been cancelled.
