Terrible upgrade done telephonically and now they refuse to send voice recording

If there was zero I would put it. The company messed up my phone upgrade after over 15 years with them. I phoned them and they said they were going to send voice recordings of the issues they messed up including some information they skipped and debiting my account for R4,000 + without my knowledge. Contract was not emailed. All the tickets opened were cancelled the following morning with no explanation.

And they keep sending me SMS for upgrade yet I have upgraded already. If they are using third parties to do this, they are messing up the business in a great way
