Terrible Upgrade

Trying to upgrade. I have been trying to upgrade for a week. Cresta tells me something than what's on the brochure. If you advertise products stick to the adverti*****t. You have to keep driving to Cresta because no one answers the phone. Then no one knows what is going on in the brochure.
