Terrible turnaround time for online applications

I am extremely disappointed at the turnaround time on an online cellphone contract application. The whole point of doing something online is so it is easier and quicker than going into a physical store.

I app**** on Tuesday evening, it is now already Friday and still noone has been in contact with me. If i had gone in store, we would already have had the phone for a few days.
