Terrible Tiyane M from Mtn Retentions department.

The mtn retention department is absolutely useless to say the least

We have upgraded and together with the deal we where to receive a gift box... Which has not materialize to date complaint detail was logged in July and in September it has not been resolved.

The consultants name is Tiyane M.

Further to the above we did not receive the agreed minutes and data... I have spoken to several consultants in retentions and they are more inefficient than the previous one.

Its like the entire department is utterly ***********.

No1 attempts to call back and when we do manage to get hold of someone after waiting more than an hour... Calls are never returned as promised.

people that use these minutes...what's the point of owning a cellphone when there's no minutes loaded If a customer is in breach of contact mtn will cancel the contract.

But on the other hand if the do not honor their part of the deal nothing happens.
