TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!

For weeks my routers are not working. My account is paid to date, actually in credit. Hours and Hours on the phone, explaining over and over the whole story. Passed from one to another, many reference numbers, NO COMEBACK! NOTHING is working, 18 Days later, so many promises. Pathetic!
