Terrible terrible 😢 service for online purchases ❗️❗️

So on the 6th of March 2024 I saw an adverti*****t online about MTN home internet deal. I clicked coz I was interested then an agent called, explained all the details including the fact that delivery will be made in 1-3 days. We processed the application and I made a payment on the spot. Can you believe even today I haven’t received the package 😢. So frustrating coz I should have just walked in store, bought the thing and came home with it. Now I can’t buy @ the MTN store because on my profile there’s an active order🤷♂️. Having to deal with customer service was the worst part of all this thing. Firstly you struggle to find a service Agent. When you finally do they can’t help with cancelling the order, you must contact a company called RewardsCo. I hate RewardsCo coz you literally don’t get hold of them by calling, you must leave your details and they’ll get back to you literally after days. They finally call you back, promise to cancel the order but never do because everyday when you call MTN to check if the order is still active you find it there☺️. After 3-4 weeks that’s only when you get a call from the courier guys, they call to make a delivery arrangement that will be after a week🤷♂️. Every single time you contact MTN service agents they are “ very sorry for inconvenience and they know it’s frustrating “ yet they don’t solve the problem😡. So basically wat they do is, when you are busy making noise about cancelling they just mute your voice not hear you whilst they pack that thing (very slow)and send it to courier anyways . I think MTN is wrong for letting RewardsCo ruin their business in this manner. If I knew the right channels of reporting false advertising, I promise I was gonna go that route.I am customer to MTN, not RewardsCo. They didn’t even mention in the beginning that there’s a third party that’s involved in this thing, only when you start fighting they remove themselves from the equation.Am so disappointed 😢 I no longer want their thing, they must just refund my money of which I think it’s gonna take 5 years before I get but I want it still.
