Terrible Terrible Service!

I went to get a contract phone at MTN Irene today and to say the service I received was atrocious would quite frankly be putting it mildly! The gentleman was busy with WhatsApp on his phone, barely paid any attention to us, and when he did, his eyes were still glued to his phone. His service was absolutely terrible, we got there at 13:00 and still at 15:00 we were still at it because he disappeared while we were still busy!!! I would never recommend anybody to go there!!!
