Terrible terrible service

Mtn is such an *********** network! So fed up of speaking to call agents, they don't know what's going on themselves. The manage himself doesn't know what's going on. They debited my acc 2x at the beginning of Aug, spoke to the supervisor and he assured me the refund would be in my acc in 3 working days... It has been 3 weeks now and no word from them. To top it off, they asked me to email a bank statement to SHOW THEM where the debit had been made. This came days after I spoke to the supervisor and asked them for my money. Their service is terribly putrid.
