Terrible, Terrible Service!!

Pathetic is not even the correct word to use. We have home internet with you and have been struggling for almost a month. We have reported it and have been told there is a problem with the tower. Is it because we live in a small town, Maclear, Easter Cape, that we are not a priority at all? I work as an online teacher and have lost thousands of rands because of your incompetance to help fix the problem. We get forced to pay for a month where we cannot even watch tv the internet is so bad? We have to buy extra data to work, this is not on. Make a plan and help us! Or should we just put off the modem and restart it for the 100th time?
