Terrible telephonic customer service!!!!

Terrible experience!!! I called 135 customer service to find out if I can get a holiday period on my contract since I am no longer employed and I was told no, there isn't that option. I was told that I'll be put through collections department which I was hold for 30mins plus. When I finally got through, the lady again put me on hold for 10mins plus until I hung up. No one has called me back to assist me and that was the 3rd time I was calling with no assistance!
