Terrible Srvice
<p>I upgraded my contract at MTN and I've been calling their activation department to activate my new sim card. They said 2-24 hours it's been almost two weeks and I call every second day and they say the same thing. They confirm that its been activated but it doesnt happen. Now I havent used the data I paid for and the month is almost over.. Who will pay for that data? Because it will expire soon?</p>

24 Jul 2017, 09:05I dont think the activation going to happen after speaking to over ten people who confirmed its been activated and claimed they deactiaved the old sim. What will make this situation so special?? On top of all this my data that I paid for is expiring this week and because the sim wasn't working I'll lose all the data I paid for. Who wil be giving me back all this data? I've never had problems with MTN but the last few months the problems seems endless.
