Terrible sirvice
<p>Did sims swops yesterday the call center is rude. After I was on phone since 8 this morning I need my phone. Ref they gave me is73628 this os not acceptible as I need to use my phone now I have to wade 4 days because of thesre stupidy. I need my phone today. The mtn shops are great and try to help mtn direct does not want to help you and been holding since 8 this morning. Did not ask for sim swop but this phone only work with nanno. It been more than 24 hours already. Terribly ****ed off.</p>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
We have investigate the number provided on our data base and cannot retrieve any information about the sim swao hence we not sure if the number provided is the one you trying to sim swap. However you need to be in the store for a sim swap to be done on your contract number or call 173 for prepaid.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We do look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
