TERRIBLE SERVICES
<p>MY HUSBAND HAVE 8 CONTRACTS WITH MTN STORE 71 EASTRANDMALL ALL 8 PHONES WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON INSURANCE ONE OF THE WORKERS SIGNED FOR MY HUSBAND ON THE INSURANCES ALL 7 MY HUSBAND SIGNED THE 8ONE OF MTN EMPLOYEES SIGNED AND THAT IS ***** WE WAITING NOW 8MONTHES TOO GET A RESPOND FROM THEM</p>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
As per our previous telephone conversation ,please supply me with a sworn affidavit disputing the MTN contract and a clear certified copy of your ID. Once I have received all the supporting documentation the ***** team will be able to investigate and conclude this matter.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
