TERRIBLE SERVICE, Video Evidence!

MTN store Durban West street.Shop 63, Mutual Mall, 303 Doctor Pixley Kaseme Street, Durban, 4001 has terrible service. The staff is extremely RUDE! they do not give a damn about customer service at all! the security guard harassed us and was getting involved in customer business, the staff have no respect for customers. I have a video and will be spreading it across all platforms. How can a consultant click their tongue at customers for asking questions?! the cleaning lady kept laughing like a hyena, the staff kept insulting us for communicating with them in English (they are black and so am I)
