TERRIBLE SERVICE, REFUSING TO REFUND

Order *** - Router order that I cancelled weeks ago.

I am Tshwanelo Tshegetso Komane. I requested cancellation and refund for my router order ***. Weeks later, MTN has not cancelled and has not refunded my money.

I sent emails with proof - no help. No one responds. My money is stuck. This is theft. I do not have the router and I do not want it. Just cancel and refund me. I have now escalated to HelloPeter, X @MTNzaService, and I will file with ICASA if not resolved in 48hrs.
