Terrible service recieved from MTN Direct

My order number is 1-*** Order date: 29/07/2021

I have sent all the required documents to Naydene, which she did confirm that it was received and sent. NO sms has been received since then. My application is being pending continuously for no reason

I've app**** for a R189 p/m phone, not a bonded house or a car. I don't know why the vetting department takes so long to verify documents. I just need a yes or a no. This is totally ridiculous

I've spoke with many consultants who said that Naydene will call me, but no call was received.

The last communication with Naydene was on Friday which she said that I'll get feedback end of business day Friday. Today is Monday 13:08 and no feedback or call was received.

This is the first time I've received terrible service from MTN Direct.
