Terrible service received from MNT

I have cancelled my my contract within the 9 day grace period at the end of October 2023 beginning of November 2023. I have not used this service at all. I am still receiving invoices and I am still being charged for a service that I am not using. If I send a follow up mail they do not reply at all.
