Terrible Service – No Resolution in Sight

I've been experiencing network issues with MTN for over two weeks now. The service keeps going up and down, and I constantly lose my Wi-Fi connection. Every time I call the coverage department, I'm told the tower in my area is down and I need to log a ticket. I’ve done that several times, but nothing changes.

Sometimes I’m told technicians are working on it, but they can never give me an ETA, and it feels like the situation is never resolved. I work from home, and this unreliable network is causing major delays and problems with my job. Despite paying for the service, I’m getting nothing in return but frustration.

The agents are no help either—they clearly aren’t trained properly and have no idea what’s going on. This is a pathetic service, and I wouldn’t recommend MTN to anyone who needs reliable internet.
