terrible service - no repsonse

i have been reuesting a URL report for data charges on my December statement sind the end of December 2014 - every time i call the call centre i get told the call was not logged correctly and have to re-log the call - i have done this about 7 times - i have still not got any documnets sent to me - i have complained to the MTN ombudsman and left a complaint on the mtn website - but noone bothers to call back - i have speaking to a Rofhiwa Masutha at Heron place - she keeps saying her supervisor will call me - but nothing - i know refuse to pay this account until i get the documentation - i cant believe the terrible service you people give and the lack of knowledge the customer care people have - they dont see to understand or care what you are saying - i am now ready to cancel this contract after many years of service with MTN - this is totally unacceptable that noone answers call or returns calls but they expect you to pay - i want an urgent response on my data charges for Decmber statement - i cant believe this is how MTN is run. i have many reference numbers - too many to list - iam quering modem number ***.
