Terrible service Mtn Service provider are *******

I have been in communication with MTN for the past 2months regarding funds that they keep deducting from my account. I have made numerous visits to the stores and multiple calls to the call center.No assist from neither of them. This is unacceptable for me to keep going in and out of the stores for them to just tell me that they will look into the matter, this is my money that they keep taking. I demand this matter sorted out and all money taken that was not supposed to be taken refunded back including all my bank charges. I hope this matter gets the necessary attention that it needs.
