Terrible service MTN - Promotional data promised, not delivered.
I upgraded my daughter's cellphone contract 7 days ago. The promotional data that was promised to be loaded within 2 to 24 hours has still not been done. After countless phone calls, the store is now either not answering my calls as they recognize my number or they take messages that never get returned. When we get to speak to someone we just get told it has been escalated. It will take another 24 hours. And another 24 hours. And another. Pathetic service. How difficult can it be. When you pay to buy data they have no issue with taking your money and adding it. Offer a free promotion and they don't deliver.

Yes, the issue has been resolved, but not by the store I did the upgrade at. I visited the Century City store and a very helpful Vernorene helped resolve the issue.
A lesson has been learnt, not to upgrade at any franchise store.
