Terrible Service - MTN CRESTA

They don't have knowledge of their products and they keep on running away from the customers saying they will call back . When you sign in for a new product they are all happy and they will quickly assist. But try to cancel a product you will get the nightmare of your life. I have been trying to cancel my home router since 16 November even now 06 Jan the contract is still active and I have been debited twice for something that I don't have. I will be cancelling every product that I have with mtn and move to a better service provider. ****ty service go there at your own risk .
