Terrible Service MTN and MTN Brooklyn Mall

Yesterday at 15:05 I went to Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria for my Handset upgrade. I finished at about 16:15. Everything went smoothly... No complains BUT last night at 18:00 I stated getting SMS's about a Number I don't know, and today, while I'm at work, I got an SMS saying I have been successfully authenticated with MTN. I phoned 083135 and the lady told me that there was 2 contacts taken out on my name yesterday. One is my handset upgrade and the other is a Wi-fi router of some sort. The router's contract was taken out just before 18:00, by that time I was home and did not authenticate it. Nonetheless I did not get the router I'm apparently paying for now. MTN Brooklyn is not answering their phone and MTN head office can't help to cancel that from my name. If this is the service I get from MTN. I will definitely terminate all contacts with MTN!!!
