Terrible service MTN

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from MTN, I upgraded my cellphone contact in June, when I got the new phone the battery didn't work, MTN collected the faulty phone and sent it away for checking. After a few weeks still no response from MTN I contacted them who told me that the warehouse received the phone and that they will cancel the new contract (not admitting they sold me a faulty phone) MTN duducted R560 in July and R560 in August for a phone I don't have and for a contract they they told me was cancelled. I contacted them for my Money back as my instalment is normally R270 per month. They refused to give my money back. So I paid about R1200 for a faulty cellphone that I never even had, thanks MTN. I have been with MTN for years, and I'm extremely disappointed. I will never do any business with MTN again.
