Terrible Service & Fruad as I did not want the product they sent

I am not impressed with the service that my family has received from MTN at all, for starters they did not listen to what we wanted at all, when they sent the incorrect product and we complained, I was told to bring it in. I am sorry why must I do the work when MTN messed up, secondly I have tried to call the call centre several times, the phone keeps getting put down, and NO one wants to help me. Then they want money from me. Personally this is unacceptable. WHY give people products they do not want.
