Terrible service from Ryan Chepty so someone please reverse my order ASAP!

Had a very terrible experience with Ryan Chepty working at MTN Direct Sales/Upgrade department. He was super unprofessional, doesn't know his products and sold me something that I do not want and now I am having trouble to reverse the order because he told me it wasn't possible to reverse the order. I will have to wait until next month after the 1st payment was done before he could change anything, but seriously I didn't even hang up the phone before I realized he didn't know what he was doing and selling, so why must I wait until next month? Reference for my call is REF *** please feel free to listen to it, all I want now is my order to be reversed and put me back on my original plan MTNChoice 40GB. Please can someone sort this out ASAP, I'm very frustrate after being transferred 6 times and nothing is sorted.
