Terrible service from online store
Placed an online order and have had no response. Emails are just left unanswered.

16 Dec 2018, 07:47Received a reply and phoned the number given to be told they cannot help me as they do not deal with online orders. Eventually got a call from MTN Direct. The staff member went through the motions and on the approval stage said that his system is slow he will phone me back. Well I am still waiting. Getting more an more frustrated with MTN. Your service is seriously deteriorating with every encounter I have. And that after being a loyal customer for over 20 years. Pathetic
