Terrible service from MTN Westville

Good Day I signed up a contract with Mtn Westville in December for a business contract,the guy who signed me up left work and passed me details for the person who would take over my contract. When I do try to reach out to her, I am told that she has her own clients to deal with and will get back to mine, and far as she knows they waiting for stock.Since December? What kind of service provider takes this long and doesn't ever give a client feedback?And they aren't allowed to give out Managers details????? I was always a Telkom client and they never gave me such horrible service.
