Terrible service from MTN the Glen

A consultant named Connie at The Glen MTN store (opposite Capitec Bank) was very rude to me on 20 June 2021. I was enquiring about the amount difference in my MTN account,she did not understand me nor was she willing to listen to me. She ended up shouting at me and when I was not responding to her she said I must go to another consultant since we not making sense to each other,I’ve never been so offended,I don’t care what she was going through but she had no right to shout at me like that,train your staff because it’s not the first time I’m having problems with people who either don’t know their system or are just poor listeners.
