Terrible service from mtn online and the mondo team.

So frustrated and disappointed in the service i received from your online team. 1st I get an approval for the addition of a new line. Then they cancel my application and tell me that I need to re-apply when I re-apply the mondo team sends me an email saying I was declined. When asked what the reason was the agent says they don't know. Worst of all I app**** to one of your competitors and got approved and had the handset delivered within 5 days. The saddest part is that I've been with mtn for the last 10 years
