Terrible Service from MTN Langeberg Mall.

My Samsung S20 has been faulty for over a month. Do date the device has not even been evaluated. The staff at MTN Langeberg is so careless in their attitude that it borders on abuse. Promises are never kept. Calls are never returned. MTN doesn't even have a person that handles complaints to speak to. You have to e-mail and hope for the best.
