Terrible service from MTN Highveld Mall

I have had a cellphone contract with MTN for more than 30 years. This past week I wanted to get a phone for my husband on my existing contract- it turned out to be impossible. Firstly I was told that ***** was a problem in my case. After a great deal of effort from my side II got the documentation that I am not a ***** ( my surname apparently was an issue- I am a doctor and is registered at HPCSA under my ****en name, but my ID and everything else is on my married name) The service and attitude was apalling. Especially from the male oerson working at the MTN shop in Highveld Mall Witbank. I eventually got a phone from Vodacom, whose staff were really wonderful and helpful.
