Terrible service from MTN - Failure to provide promo data which is promised in the contract

I wish that there is a zero-star rating. I have upgraded my sim only contract which includes promo data. From the start date this have not yet been provisioned to my contract. This according to customer service agents seems to be a billing issue. I have been trying to sort this out without any success. It cannot be so difficult to resolve. MTN is giving Eskom a run for their money for service delivery.
