Terrible service from MTN
I app**** for a month to month package with MTN on 21/11 I was called a day later by the consultant who finalized the application, the consultant messed up the application put the wrong delivery address and the wrong contact number for delivery, upon contacting DSV they refused to help and reverted me back to MTN who also sent me in different directions
I requested assistance from MTN on Facebook and still no help to date.
I paid pro-rata for the month of November and December and my debit date is for the 07th meaning I'm going to pay for a package tomorrow that I did not receive.
********* no sense of urgency and plain down disregard for customers

18 Dec 2023, 14:27I finally received the package after I had to follow up! Then the promo had that you qualify for a Disney plus voucher for a year and R1000 makro voucher, I received the Disney plus voucher but told I didn't qualify for the Makro voucher I cant seem to understand how is that even possible... Their consultant confirmed on recorded line that the voucher will arrive with the package, when I called Rewards Co today a lady by the name of Amelia Henry said that i apparently didn't qualify and that I cant get a copy of the call recording I should go to the MTN store to request it and listen to it in the store which I think is against the law.
