Terrible service from MTN

We app**** for a new contract and the phone is supposed to be delivered today. Now the fingerprint scanner doesn't want to verify the identity. The courier said they will have to take back the phone and MTN has to issue letter to confirm that we can get the phone. You can take your phone and your contract and keep it, this is terrible service; didn't expect anything more from MTN. SHOCKING
