TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN

Absolutely terrible service, the call center customer service is non-existent. Spent hours waiting to speak to a consultant and when you finally get through the line cuts off. How can a company like this be allowed to operate in South Africa? why do we still use their services if the leadership don't care about customers.
