TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN

on the 14th of feb i did a telephonic online application for a phone, thereafter in the same call i cancelled it, on the 17th feb dsv calls to deliver the handset i declined deliver, till now the contract isnt cancelled, after numerous calls and emails. there after i was debited R1418 for something i do not own. MTN I REQUIRE A REFUND ASAP
