Terrible service from Mtn cancelations department

I have been calling mtn today I cancel my contract after making payments on the balance. Each time I call them, after waiting 30+ minutes for them to pick up each consultant hangs up on me. The latest was a lady by the name of Nicole whom after 19min and 12 seconds picked up my call then hang up on me. Iam very annoyed with the level of service I have recieved from Mtn with regards to the cancelation of my contract,
